The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting parents and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Supporting the needs of the overall school and individual classrooms. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support, plan and head up monthly and annually special events for the school. Support teaching staff members with any on going issues that may come up and seek upper managements support when needed. Address any immediate parent needs that may come up in a timely and professional manner. Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports. Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day. Experience Previous experience working in a classroom or a school. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues. Proven customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Ability to perform clerical duties with attention to detail. Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
