Job Descriptions :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves a combination of administrative support, logistics coordination, and customer/vendor communication. Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  • Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipping, receiving, and mailing
  • Label, package, and ship products; track and monitor logistics and delivery status
  • Source electronic components for production and manage inventory levels
  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding quotes, orders, and confirmations
  • Perform basic data entry, accounting tasks, and bookkeeping
  • Update and maintain company website content, advertisements, and online sales platforms
  • Assist with additional duties as needed Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic accounting knowledge or experience is preferred but not required
Training/Probationary:
