Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and direct inquiries efficiently Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and financial documentation Organize files, process paperwork, and ensure proper filing systems are maintained for easy retrieval of documents Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events to optimize office productivity Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking, utilizing QuickBooks or similar software Requirements Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management is preferred Join us as an Administrative Assistant to be the backbone of our office operations!
