About Us Archangel Care Services is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need assistance at home. Our mission is to improve the lives of our clients by delivering dependable and professional caregiving services. We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and assist multiple departments, including compliance, staffing, payroll, and client coordination. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the agency's smooth operation by providing administrative support, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and assisting with caregiver onboarding and scheduling. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to management and office staff Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications Caregiver & Staffing Support Assist with caregiver onboarding documentation Track caregiver certifications and compliance requirements Support scheduling coordination with caregivers and clients Maintain caregiver records and personnel files Compliance & Documentation Assist with updating caregiver training records and certifications Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance Support updates in the agency software system (AxisCare or similar) Office Operations Coordinate office supplies and general office organization Assist with meeting scheduling and preparation Help maintain administrative trackers and reports Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year administrative or office experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Preferred Experience working in a home care, healthcare, or staffing agency Experience with AxisCare or scheduling software Knowledge of caregiver compliance documentation Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Professional phone etiquette Data entry and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Schedule Monday - Friday Office-based position Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) retirement plan Employer matching (if applicable) Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Join Archangel Care Services?
