Responsibilities:
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
