Opening is for Day Shift with working hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced, quality and safety-focused environment. PAY RATE
$20.31 - $22.50 per hour dependent upon experience Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, physical (physical, lifting, hearing, and vision), and background check. 2 years of experience in an Admirative role preferred 1 year experience in processing export paperwork a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete customs clearance documents for clearance on overseas deliveries Ensure all export documents comply with customs and governmental regulations. Review all export documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure all documents are compliant with both Diamond and export country regulations Ensure all export deadlines are met Notarize various documents Maintain database on the number of international orders processed annually Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes. Review import permits and affidavits both bi-annually and annually ensuring no changes/updates are needed. Work with governmental agencies on certificates needed for shipping. Liaison between Diamond and all export countries. Maintain export filing system Maintain export document processed as needed. Be proactive in resolving issues quickly and accurately ensuring no issues arise for shipping exports. Provide outstanding internal and external customer service Input Shipping Log data entry in various Excel spreadsheets Work closely and establishes great communication with USDA and Brokers. Must maintain a customer service-oriented attitude (professional, pleasant, helpful, etc) Perform all other additional duties and functions as assigned by management.
ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Back up the Administrative Assistant Job Duties as needed: Promptly answer incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system with proper phone etiquette Promptly answer/greet door visitors assisting/checking them in/out accordingly Assist with courier shipping labels and confirming receipt of packages through various couriers and vendors. Process Invoices and POD's accurately for Accounts Payable Process AP statements and request invoices Review and confirm all information on Receiving Logs are accurate and keyed in system correctly Responsible for sending out the load list communication Office supply inventory which includes maintaining copier machine responsibilities Maintain general cleanliness of Office/ Conference Rooms Filing and Retention of Logs Support Office Manager with annual/monthly parties/luncheons and tasks Answer corporate questions regarding, receiving paperwork, invoices, and trucking in/out times Report any discrepancies in paperwork to the Office Manager Check system ensuring purchase order numbers are open in IFS Scanning and coping of paperwork Receive/sort/distribute mail
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily indoors in an office setting. Work may be minimally conducted outdoors or in the plant near operating equipment subject to cold, hot, dusty areas where loose particles may be present.
