7 August Apparel is America's fast-fashion clothing company offering B2B and B2C services. We started business in 2011 and opened the first wholesale store in the Los Angeles fashion district. Now, we offer multi-brand products like Endless Rose, English Factory, Gray Lab, and Free the Roses. We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers. What you will do : Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (new hire paperwork, orientations, file setup) Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Assist with recruitment efforts (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidates) Help track compliance documents (I-9s, W-4s, policy acknowledgments) Support benefits administration (enrollment forms, follow-ups) Assist with HR projects, audits, and reporting as needed What we're looking for : High school diploma required 0-1 year of administrative or HR-related experience Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paychex) is a plus

From $18.00 per hour
