Position Summary:
Liliput is looking for an Associate Enhancement Manager to join our growing team. The Associate Enhancement Manager supports the day-to-day administrative, scheduling, and operational functions of the Enhancement Division. This role partners closely with the Enhancement Manager, Field Leaders, Account Managers, and crews to ensure enhancement projects are organized, well-communicated, and executed efficiently. The Associate Enhancement Manager plays a key role in supporting production readiness, tracking job details, and maintaining operational consistency while continuing to build leadership and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration Assist in maintaining accurate job records, documentation, and reporting within Aspire. Support time entry, work ticket processing, scheduling updates, and administrative workflows. Provide administrative and operational support to Enhancement leadership and field teams. Scheduling & Production Support Assist with developing and maintaining enhancement schedules based on priorities, client needs, and crew availability. Monitor job progress and communicate updates or changes under the direction of Enhancement leadership. Help ensure crews have clear schedules, work orders, and project information. Team Support & Communication Serve as a point of contact between enhancement crews, Account Managers, and leadership for routine communications. Help ensure job scopes, expectations, and daily objectives are clearly communicated to crews. Identify potential operational, scheduling, or resource challenges and escalate to leadership. Materials & Procurement Support Assist with ordering and coordinating delivery of materials and plant stock. Help verify materials upon delivery for quality and accuracy. Track material usage and report discrepancies to support accurate job costing and billing. Support resolution of vendor issues such as shortages, damaged materials, or returns. Financial & Job Tracking Support Assist with tracking labor, material, and equipment costs for enhancement projects. Monitor job performance data and help compile reports on job progress and margins. Support leadership with budgeting and cost-control efforts. Quality Assurance & Client Support Assist with ensuring work meets job scope and company quality standards. Help document completed projects with photos and job notes. Support client communications and follow-ups as directed by Account Managers or Enhancement leadership. Process Improvement & Development Support process improvements to increase efficiency, organization, and consistency. Assist in preparing job, scheduling, and division performance reports. Support onboarding and training of new enhancement team members. Actively develop operational, scheduling, and leadership skills for future growth within the role.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in landscape operations, enhancement, construction coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Exposure to Aspire or similar landscape/construction management software preferred. Basic understanding of job costing, budgeting, and labor tracking. Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving ability with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
