The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner. Handle calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning work environment. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing office communications. Utilize bilingual skills to assist diverse clientele when applicable. Experience Proven experience in an office assistant or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management capabilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with calendar management tools and office software applications is advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills.
