Job Description:
Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their client's dedicated team in Merced, California. This role is essential for supporting the Risk Department by providing top-notch administrative assistance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes within the department. Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the Risk Department, assisting with daily operations and tasks as needed. Handling and organizing departmental communications and documentation. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes to ensure seamless departmental functions. Managing departmental records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately maintained. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the Risk Department with special projects and tasks as assigned. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards work. Required Work Hours The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, during first shift hours. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
