We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team in Merced, California.   • Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring resources are adequately stocked.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and care.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
