8 months About our client: Addison Group is partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a high-performing consulting team. This is an 8-month contract opportunity covering a leave, ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment and provide seamless support.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a group of consultants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support a team of approximately 10 professionals with daily administrative needs Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (conference rooms, catering, accommodations) Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and client materials Process expense reports, time tracking, and other administrative workflows Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors Assist with office coordination and project-based administrative tasks
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment Experience supporting multiple individuals simultaneously (please specify how many) Strong calendaring and travel coordination experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High school diploma required
Additional Details:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Fully onsite role (increased onsite presence required during initial training period)
