Every day, you help improve the lives of individuals and families Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly Update and maintain electronic client records Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided!) Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment Your Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED Bilingual (Preferred/Required) 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not required) Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team setting Ready to Start Your Career in Behavioral Health?
