MUST SPEAK
English and Spanish. Previous experience with some and/or all of the following program types: Medicare/Medicare HMO,Medi-cal/Medi-cal HMO,Medi-cal fee for service,CHDP Program, PPO insurance, Commercial HMO, Coverered California Policies, Cash pay patients Daily tasks include but not limited to: Answereing phone calls, schedule appointments, call and confirm appointments, verify insurance eligibility, Prepare charts for appointments (ie collection of lab results, specialist consulations etc), file/pull charts Valuable skills to possess: Ability to communicate effectively to patients and co-workers. Desire to want to help patients and our community. Ability to work productively under pressure.
