Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a temporary PMO Administrator to join our family-oriented team while our current PMO Administrative Assistant is on maternity leave. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Project Management Office, ensuring seamless operations and project documentation management. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic functions of MS Project effectively. Review and format Independent Discrepancy Reports (IDR) submitted by Project Managers. Submit IDR to customers after obtaining approval from the PMO Director. Follow up on any outstanding IDRs weekly or as directed by the PMO Director or Project Managers. Review timesheets for accuracy and update the resource pool matrix daily. Submit updated project accumulated hours every Tuesday and Friday for PMO Director review. Ensure new project folders and related documents are compiled in a central location. Provide baseline schedules using MS Project for new projects and update the Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) as directed. Maintain personnel allocation and assignments in the Production Board. Assist HR and QA departments with administrative requirements for BCM projects. Perform additional tasks as required by the President and PMO Director. Submit weekly PMO support accountability reports. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience with project management and scheduling, particularly with Microsoft Project. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage project documentation and follow up on reports. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in planning or scheduling, preferably in construction. Experience in production administration and payroll entry. Ability to take constructive criticism and thrive in an accountable environment. Prior military experience is an advantage. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
