The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Manage and organize office tasks, schedules, and communications. Conduct independent research to support projects and decision-making. Maintain accurate records and files with attention to detail. Assist with correspondence, reports, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts. Demonstrate honesty and dependability in all work-related activities.
