Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a construction background to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and experienced in handling administrative tasks within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to project managers and office staff Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and files Assist with permits, contracts, and construction-related paperwork Perform data entry, report generation, and document tracking Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments Support job costing, invoicing, and purchase orders as needed Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all administrative tasks Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within construction Strong understanding of construction terminology and processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Monday-Friday Compensation:
