Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Assistant Director in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly while providing strong administrative and communication support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Assistant Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Outlook Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries as needed Communicate with internal PASC staff and partner organizations via email and phone Maintain, organize, and update filing systems and records Assist with daily administrative tasks, projects, and ongoing departmental needs Support webinar and virtual meeting preparation, including materials and logistics Assist with general office coordination, including calls, emails, and documentation
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role required Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience supporting a call center or high-volume communication environment preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Please send your resume to begin the interview process.
