Job Summary We are looking for a customer-oriented Administrative and Design Assistant to join our Pasadena team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office management tools to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer support. Sales team assistance Assist sales team with all aspects of sale Customer interaction: Greet customers and inform them of our services and product information if designers are occupied with another client Help store manager with daily operations Assist designers with clients' orders from start to finish, updating clients with ETA, filing SAVs to air table etc. Assist sales team to create 3D renders using 2020 software as needed Accompany sales team to go on site visits as needed Any other duties assigned by manager Marketing and sales tools Maintain materials library and update vendor catalogs/ pricelists. Contact vendors for sample requests/information on products Maintain showroom's tearsheet library Store checkup (videos) Pricing new products, Price checking existing tags, Inventory checks and Showroom Transfer requests. Showroom layout and administrative tasks Field telephone calls Requirements Prior administrative experience is necessary Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Prior experience in administrative support within a design or retail environment is preferred Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Attention to detail, organization, and time management Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Proficient in data entry
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
