//www.edjoin.org/Home/JobPosting/2241627 Under direction, plans, coordinates, and organizes the daily operations, activities, and communications for assigned office; performs a variety of complex secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve assigned administrator of administrative and clerical detail; and performs related duties as assigned. This position provides advanced administrative support for multiple grant-funded programs, including contract management, purchasing, fiscal tracking, meeting coordination, records management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The position serves as a key support role for department staff, school districts, community partners, and internal CCCOE departments.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: • Equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by college level coursework in business or public administration or related field. • And five (5) years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact.
