What You'll Do In this role, you'll support daily administrative operations across multiple functions and locations.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative & Office Support Manage and organize documents, files, and records Assist with data entry and maintain accurate documentation Prepare, format, and distribute reports, forms, and internal communications Communication & Coordination Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external partners Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office logistics Data & System Management Maintain and update company systems and shared drives Ensure documents are properly stored and accessible Track and organize key operational information General Office Support Assist with special projects and team needs as they arise Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment What's In It for
