Office Administrative Assistant On-Site/In-Person:
Rancho Santa Margarita | $20-24hour based on experience | Full-time | Temp-to-Hire (After 6 Months) | A fast growing start-up company in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant. This role supports daily operations, customer communication, and administrative tasks. The position is designed for full-time. Their office schedule is 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization Draft and send clear, professional emails with proper grammar, clarity, and etiquette Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages Follow up on customer orders, pickups, and shipment status Assist with basic customer service needs and respond to inquiries Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all documentation Support a positive, cooperative environment within a small office team Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and email etiquette Basic customer service experience Comfortable making and receiving phone calls Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Ability to work well with others in a small office setting Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, QuickBooks and Excel, etc.) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
