POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrator Assistant will provide full support to company employees under the direction of the Director of HR Services.
MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a list of main responsibilities. However, please understand that The Company may change those as deemed necessary based on business priorities. Coordinate and conduct orientation and registrations for all employees as needed. Conduct HR related training including harassment prevention training. Enter and maintain employee data into the human resources information system, training database and timekeeping system. Create and issue employee badges as needed. Review returning employee files for eligibility. Initiate personal accommodations. Audit timesheets for accuracy. Assist in the preparation of weekly paycheck distribution. Receive and investigate employees' inquiries such as payroll, leave of absence or employee benefits issues. Review and follow up on meal compliance issues. Review and audit employee cellphone allowance program eligibility and participants. Enter employee's request for paid sick leave and vacation. Documents discipline requests and process corrective actions. Receives and document employment appeals. Audits I-9 Form to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Enters and maintains safety training records and notifies stakeholders of upcoming expired trainings. Assist and support managers and supervisors in all HR related matters. Maintain confidentiality of all Human Resources related issues. Ensure key human resources metrics are met. Assist in continuous improvement projects as assigned. Maintains office supplies. Administer Ring Central Line Support with event coordinating Support office maintenance
  • watering plants, lighting, air filtering, and general cleaning.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Associate degree in business, human resources, or in a relevant field. Experience in agriculture food manufacturing preferred. Language Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write and speak. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid driver's license Skills Excellent personal organization skills and self-management Excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills High level of professionalism Ability to manage workload and use time effectively Ability to solve complex problems individually or in a group, able to search for new solutions Ability to work independently and as a team Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Miscellaneous Reports to: Director of HR Services Supervisory responsibilities:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee will be exposed to typical office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. However, employee is expected to travel to the different locations (within 50 miles radius from primary location) to interact with employees in multiple processes.
