Childrens Group home Co-Administrator (Not a Clerical role)

the Assistant Administrator - Children's Group Home (Level 4I) $25-$30/hr | Full-Time | We are hiring a hands-on Assistant Administrator for a Level 4I Children's Group Home serving youth with behavioral and developmental needs. This is a working leadership role — not a desk job. You will be actively involved in staffing, compliance, and supporting youth with moderate-to-severe behaviors. What You'll Do Help manage daily operations and ensure Title 17 & Title 22 compliance Supervise and support DSP staff Maintain schedules and ensure proper staffing ratios Audit documentation (notes, MARs, SIRs) Support medical appointments and incident response Participate in on-call rotation Requirements 3+ years in Level 4I (or higher) group home 1+ year supervisory experience DSP I & II, CPR/First Aid, CPI Admin Certificate What We Expect Strong leadership — you hold staff accountable Reliable and consistent (attendance is critical) Able to handle high-acuity behaviors and fast-paced environments Benefits Health, 100% Dental, 100%Vision 401(k) with match Paid training Growth into the Administrator role Serious applicants only.
