Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings, managing communications and records, supporting financial and personnel-related processes, preparing reports and correspondence, and assisting with department operations and special projects. The position serves as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and external partners, while ensuring efficient daily operations and a high level of customer service within the UCR School of Medicine. The full salary range for the Administrative Assistant is $32.74 - $52.32 hourly. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $34.43 hourly. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, years of licensure experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. This position is fully on-site at the UCR main campus. degree Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required experience Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
