Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Rocklin, California. This part-time, remote position requires 25 hours of work per week and involves providing support with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be comfortable handling customer inquiries, vendor coordination, and scheduling activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with vendors to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for installation services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform general office duties such as organizing documents and maintaining records.
  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and managing front desk activities.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are completed in a timely and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance productivity.
