THIS IS NOT A FLORAL DESIGN POSITION
Hours are 9:00-2:30 Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required (with a corresponding day off during the week). Duties include monitoring daily delivery schedule Order entry for orders placed in person, by phone, email or online. Answer telephones Wait on customers Assist owner with bookkeeping activities Correspondence Supply ordering and inventory Retail shop area maintenance Communicate effectively with design team Requirements Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written Neat, legible handwriting Accurate spelling Ideal candidate will have retail and administrative experience Must be very friendly to customers and teammates alike Must work well under pressure Multi-tasking with a smile Quickbooks experience a plus How to Apply Please respond with cover letter explaining why you are interested in this position, resume, and salary requirements.
