Do you get satisfaction from keeping complex projects on track, coordinating moving pieces, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Are you the person who naturally takes ownership, follows through, and solves problems before anyone has to ask? If so, keep reading. Our company is looking for a Dealer Programs Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating exceptional experiences for customers, dealers, and teammates. This is not a role for someone who wants to complete a checklist and call it a day. We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person others can count on to make things happen. As our Dealer Programs Coordinator, you'll help manage dealer programs, coordinate events and travel, support training initiatives, administer co-op programs, and work across multiple departments to ensure our dealers receive outstanding support. You'll juggle priorities, manage deadlines, track financial details, and communicate with everyone from dealers and vendors to branch teams and company leadership. The right person for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. They don't wait to be told what to do next. They anticipate needs, stay ahead of deadlines, and take ownership of results. We're looking for someone who: Loves organization and thrives on managing multiple projects at once. Takes initiative and follows through without constant supervision. Has exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy. Communicates professionally and confidently with customers, vendors, and teammates. Enjoys coordinating events, travel, training, and program administration. Can prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude. Looks for ways to improve processes instead of simply maintaining them. Takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Experience in program coordination, event planning, customer service, account administration, operations support, or a similar role is preferred. Experience with accounting processes, billing, or financial reconciliation is a plus. At our company, we're in business to help our customers grow their business. We're looking for someone who shares that commitment and wants to play a key role in supporting the programs, training, and experiences that help our dealers succeed. If you're highly organized, service-minded, and motivated by taking ownership of meaningful work, we'd love to meet you.
