Full Job Description Ticket & Accommodation Coordinator Location:
Salinas, CA Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) Be a part of a legendary racing tradition. WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is seeking a Coordinator to support our fast-paced Tickets & Accommodations Team. In this role, You will serve our guests by providing expert event information, resolving complex inquiries, and managing camping reservations with precision and a smile. This role is more than just ticketing; it's about ensuring every fan, camper, and visitor experiences the "Laguna Seca Way." You will support the department manager by providing guidance to the sales team, ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction at both the Ticket Office and entry booth stations.
II. JOB TASKS
Answer telephones. Performs administrative and compliance duties. Provides customer service to include taking orders and answering phone/email inquiries for events and camping. Update of programs to include setting up rates and availability for guests. Inventory tickets, parking, and hospitality packages. Order office supplies. Fulfill sponsorship orders. Works and supports ticketing fulfillment with other departments. Assist with Live-On Volunteers and event volunteers. Take group orders and update group sales sheet. Helps with the processes and procedures for Tickets and Camping. Other assignments as directed by Tickets & Accommodations Manager, such as printing tickets from ticket request forms, responding to the radio during event weekends, and conducting campground inspections.
III. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS A.
Minimum Experience Previous experience in hospitality reservations, ticketing, or high-volume customer service preferred. C. Skills Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher. Ability to learn ticketing systems Ability to handle heavy multi-line phones Ability to troubleshoot minor I.T. issues in the Ticket Office Excellent verbal, written communication skills and good organizational skills. Ability to create and compile reports. Ability to produce accurate detail-oriented work. Good time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
