Job Description

Overview:
Privately held real estate development and property management firm located in San Carlos is looking for a full-time administrative assistant.
Qualifications:
Must have worked with accounts receivables and understand accounting basics Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of Sage software a plus Enjoy taking the initiative and solving problems Must be organized, detail orientated and able to multitask Excellent written and verbal communications skills Basic clerical knowledge such as record keeping and filing Ability to work independently Must like working with people and have a sense of humor!
Responsibilities:
Verify and input monthly accounts receivable data into accounting system Track and follow-up on accounts receivable issues Maintain lease and tenant database Assist property managers with tenant relations Coordinate vendors and/or contractors Assist in drafting, organizing and inputting lease documents into database Answer and direct phone calls Provide general administrative support Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries Receive, sort, and distribute mail Maintain contact lists Provide general support to visitors Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level Maintain filing system Additional tasks as needed
Schedule:
In-office.
Requirements:
Must pass criminal background check, drug test and credit check.
Job Type:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
