Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Business/Personal Assistant to support and assist with a variety of personal and business-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating vendors and projects, handling administrative tasks, and helping bring structure and organization to both household and business operations. This position will work in-person out of our San Carlos, CA home office. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage household projects, including: Construction and remodeling vendors Landscaping and property maintenance vendors Other household service providers Research, vet, schedule, and communicate with vendors and contractors Assist with formation and setup of a new LLC/business entity Help organize documents and administrative needs related to trusts and estate planning Support household financial organization, including reconciliation and administrative tracking Assist with organizing stock, investment, and financial records Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and follow-up tasks Organize files, paperwork, digital records, and ongoing projects Handle miscellaneous personal assistant and office management duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-through Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, personal assistant, or project coordinator preferred Comfortable dealing with vendors, contractors, and service providers Financial/administrative experience, including reconciliation or bookkeeping support, is a plus High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information Tech-savvy and comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online research Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone dependable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of helping manage both household and small business-related operations with professionalism and efficiency. Flexible schedule available for the right candidate.
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
