Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support to create an organized and welcoming office environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Perform administrative work such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and other day-to-day clerical support tasks.
- Scan, organize, and maintain paper and digital records to ensure documents are accessible and up to date.
- Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and assist with arranging internal meetings and team discussions.
- Monitor email communications, share timely updates, and help maintain smooth information flow across the office.
- Support meeting logistics by preparing materials, confirming details, and assisting with follow-up actions as needed.
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to complete reports, correspondence, and administrative assignments efficiently. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an office support, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Ability to handle inbound calls, visitor interactions, and general office tasks with professionalism.
- Experience with document scanning, record organization, and routine clerical processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for emails, scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Calendar, and Docs.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable work habits, and the ability to manage part-time responsibilities independently.
