Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in San Clemente, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to organizational efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing records, and preparing reports.
  • Oversee office supplies and break room inventory to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
  • Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and address inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Support the HR team by maintaining employee records and assisting with HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company-wide events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to support organizational processes.
  • Process credit card transactions and employee expense reports with attention to detail.
  • Undertake special projects such as organizing events, enhancing employee engagement, or improving workflows.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.
