Bilingual Mandarin IVF Coordinator San Diego, CA | Full-Time | On-Site $26.00-$28.00 per hour About Us Reproductive Sciences Medical Center (RSMC) is a leading fertility organization providing comprehensive family-building services under one roof, including IVF, egg donation, surrogacy, and genetic testing. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of parenthood. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Mandarin IVF Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and internal departments. Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, referrals, and administrative documents. Maintain accurate patient records and update spreadsheets and tracking systems. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management. Ensure timely follow-up and exceptional patient support. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
