Sales Administrative Assistant Pay Range:
$17.00 - $20.00 Position Summary The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily operational tasks. This position requires strong customer service instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to convert customer interactions into meaningful sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner Gather and verify customer and vehicle information accurately Enter and maintain data in dealership systems (CRM/DMS) with attention to detail Assist with vehicle pricing support and basic market research Schedule appointments and conduct consistent follow-ups with customers Support sales management with daily administrative and operational tasks Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up to date Deliver a high level of customer service that aligns with dealership standards Coordinate internally with sales team members to support the customer journey Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and analyze customer needs effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and high energy with willingness to go above and beyond.
