Scheduling Assistant- Advance Your Scheduling Expertise $18.00 - $26.00/per hour | Full-Time | San Luis Obispo, CA. Your Next Chapter Starts Here Are you an experienced scheduler ready to take your skills to the next level? As a Scheduling Assistant at 360 Behavioral Health, you'll play a key role in maximizing client service delivery while supporting our administrative and clinical teams. Use your scheduling experience to manage staff and client schedules, optimize service utilization, and help the office run efficiently. Competitive compensation:

Day-to-Day Impact Maintain service utilization above 90% and track permanent schedules for assigned clients Monitor client service hours, staff availability, and address cancellations promptly Coordinate make-up sessions, reschedules, and additional service time as needed Maintain staffing logs and support recruiting efforts, including interviews and onboarding Track new hire training and coordinate Day 1 schedules Triage staff and client concerns and provide timely resolution Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and scheduling regulations Support administrative and scheduling department operations, including audits and reporting Who We're Searching For High school diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years administrative experience Minimum 6 months scheduling experience Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Customer-service oriented with excellent phone and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a high-paced, performance-based environment At 360 Behavioral Health, this role is more than scheduling—it's an opportunity to expand your expertise, streamline office operations, and make a meaningful impact on clients and staff.
