Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, project coordination, and office management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage schedules, facilitate communication, and contribute to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to help us achieve our goals efficiently. Duties Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Provide comprehensive administrative support such as typing, proofreading, transcription, data entry, and filing to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Assist with event planning for company functions or client meetings, handling logistics from venue selection to follow-up. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Facilitate communication through multi-line phone systems, video conferencing software, and phone etiquette standards while maintaining professionalism at all times. Oversee office management duties such as front desk responsibilities, filing systems, office supply inventory, and document management via DocuSign. Collaborate with C-suite executives on project coordination efforts to ensure timely completion of tasks and initiatives. Requirements Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or executive administrative support role with strong organizational skills or a strong other backround. Technical proficiency in office management tools such as QuickBooks, video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom or Teams), and multi-line phone systems. Excellent typing speed along with proofreading and transcription skills for accurate document preparation. Demonstrated ability to handle calendar management efficiently while prioritizing tasks effectively. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members. Prior experience in office or clerical roles involving data entry, filing, and front desk duties is preferred. $24.46 - $29.45 per hour
