Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support operations in California. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy transportation office by providing administrative support, assisting customers, and helping keep workflows organized and accurate. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling office tasks, managing information carefully, and delivering attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Support daily office operations by handling administrative activities that keep the functions running smoothly.
  • Assist with application intake by reviewing submissions, organizing documentation, and routing materials appropriately.
  • Provide courteous front-line service by responding to inbound calls and assisting visitors with general questions.
  • Enter and update information in office systems and databases with a strong focus on detail and record accuracy.
  • Learn and use the application database to support application tracking and related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate general reception and clerical duties such as filing, correspondence, and document preparation.
