Job Description

Job Summary Great nonprofit in Santa Cruz looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Department. No finance/accounting experience necessary! This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting where attention to detail and organizational excellence are valued. Responsibilities Update member contact information Assist with, or direct calls. from the finance billing phone number Send courtesy communications to customers as instructed by the supervisor Contact members with regards to returned mail Coordinate address updates with the appropriate department Assist with the preparation of the daily deposit Distribute incoming mail Prepare member billing statements for mailing Perform additional general administrative department tasks and projects as assigned Experience 1+ years' administrative experience Proven ability in customer support roles Proficient with
Microsoft Office:
