Job Description

Description We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and keeping information accurate and up to date. The right candidate will bring strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage routine responsibilities with consistency and care.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a welcoming and friendly office atmosphere.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records to support accurate office documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and preparing routine correspondence.
  • Support day-to-day office coordination to help the team stay organized during active leasing preparations.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to create, update, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Help monitor office workflows and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide additional administrative support across business functions as needed, including coordination with internal teams. Requirements
  • Strong reliability and a consistent approach to completing assigned work on time.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Friendly and attentive interpersonal skills for working with visitors, callers, and team members.
  • Experience with administrative support, receptionist duties, or office coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls, data entry, and a variety of clerical responsibilities.
  • Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment.
