Monday-Friday, 9AM to 6PM •

Job Description:

This position seeks an independent and detail-oriented individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant position. Daily tasks will include sorting and receiving mail, answering phone calls, running errands, and working closely with Project Managers to act as their support staff. Excellent customer service skills are a must, and an ability to maintain composure under pressure and keep track of daily tasks are expected. Room for growth in the company is possible and encouraged.

Requirements:

Customer service experience Friendly, upbeat, personable and professional attitude Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with a team Excellent phone demeanor and speaking/writing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Demonstrate ability to work independently maintaining complex projects Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) MUST have a flexible schedule. Clean Driving Record Drug test required
