Service Coordinator (Tempt-To-Hire)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00
PM Pay Rate:
$21.00•$24.00/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our service team with scheduling, customer communication, work order updates, and technician coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch field/shop technicians Manage service work orders and track job progress Update customers on job status and communicate internally Assist with parts ordering and vendor coordination Support estimates, invoicing, and technician time tracking Assist with customer payment information and collections support Provide general service department support as needed
Preferred Experience:
Service Coordinator or Dispatcher experience preferred Background in heavy equipment, construction equipment, rental, or diesel service is a plus Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
Pay:
$21.00•$24.00 per hour
