- Front Office Medical Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Location:
South Gate, CA Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Full-Time) We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Office Medical Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing medical practice in South Gate.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify patient information and insurance eligibility Maintain accurate patient records Collect copays and process payments Assist providers and staff with administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service to patients
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Minimum 1 year of medical office or front office experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications Strong computer and data entry skills Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent
