Job Description:
Administrative Assistant:
(on property) Administrative Assistant job involves assisting the managing of the property operations, supporting the General Manager and the local team, handling guest and owner issues, ensuring properties meet Heavenly Valley Townhouses' standards, adhering to a budget, and communicating with owners and other staff. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs. Timeshare property experience requested.
Key responsibilities:
Property and team support: Assist with the operational management of a portfolio of properties and support your local team, ensuring they are trained and effective and follow professional protocols.
Guest and owner relations:
Handle escalated concerns from guests and owners via email, calls, and tickets, and work proactively to build relationships with property owners.
Administrative and financial tasks:
Manage a budget for the property portfolio, track expenses, and partner with other teams as needed.
Quality assurance:
Meet and maintain company standards for unit appearance and efficiency.
Required skills and qualifications:
Communication:
Exceptional skills for responding to guests, owners, and team members.
Organization:
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and properties.
Problem-solving:
Ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work a schedule that can change based on guest and owner needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability:
Ability to perform tasks that may require balancing, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and driving.
Tech-savviness:
Proficiency with technology, including scheduling and communication platforms. Important notes for this role Employment date: Earliest start date, March 1st 2026 This is an in-person local office time. Reliable transportation is necessary for regular travel within the South Lake Tahoe local market or region. The role requires flexibility to work in various environments and at different times, which is common in the hospitality industry.
Background check:
