Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position for someone who can keep administrative tasks organized, provide a welcoming front-desk presence, and help ensure smooth communication across the office. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a variety of clerical duties, managing inbound calls, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations efficient and well organized.
  • Receive and direct incoming phone calls courteously, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts.
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a positive and organized office environment.
  • Enter, update, and maintain records with accuracy to support reporting and general administrative needs.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, correspondence, and other routine office materials.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and general office communications to support team productivity.
  • Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and other clerical functions that contribute to smooth daily operations.
