Office Assistant LA Closeout, INC Vernon, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $17 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation English Administrative experience Organizational skills Office experience Full Job Description Office Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time) LA Closeout, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist with basic office duties and invoicing. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process customer invoices.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries.
  • Respond to emails and assist customers professionally.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • File, scan, and organize documents.
  • Assist with general administrative and office duties.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with office organization.
  • Support management with various projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Benefits
