In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable office management experience while contributing to a productive and welcoming workplace. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries efficiently Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer service Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading and editing documents Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, and preparing reports Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and support skills Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency and organization Requirements Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within time constraints Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is advantageous Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial but not required If you are eager to contribute your organizational talents in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily office operations, we encourage you to apply today.
