Position SummaryThis is an entry-level opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career. This is a temp-to-hire role with clear promotional pathways and room for career growth. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a quick learner, and comfortable supporting scheduling and coordination tasks. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Conversational Spanish or a resourceful approach using translation tools/apps is also welcome. Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate client and contractor appointmentsManage material delivery scheduling, track shipments, and provide timely updates to the teamSend appointment reminders and follow up on confirmations, rescheduling, and changes as neededSupport general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, correspondence, and office organizationCommunicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients (in-person, phone, and email)Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned to support smooth operations
