Family Assistant | Woodland Hills | $150k We are seeking a proactive, organized, and warm Family Assistant to support a busy household. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage family calendars, scheduling, and appointments Coordinate school schedules, activities, and transportation Run errands, handle shopping, and oversee household inventory Assist with travel planning, including itineraries and logistics Support light household management, including vendor coordination and home organization Provide occasional childcare support as needed Ensure seamless day-to-day household operations Qualifications Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role Highly organized with strong attention to detail Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
