Job Description

The CEO of Genius Agency AI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a fast-paced environment. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's day-to-day operations, ranging from administrative tasks to strategic project management. Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Prepare and organize briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Assist with project management, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics. Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes to enhance productivity. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure. Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information are essential. A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
